You may be having a wobble or last minute worry. You may be feeling overwhelmed with medical decisions and unsure what is best. Perhaps you are feeling daunted by the thought of writing a birth plan. This is a fantastic option should you not be able to attend the full course. I will take you through writing your birth plan(s), discuss your birth rights and help point you in the direction to research any special circumstances you may have. I will also introduce you to some Hypnobirthing tools for your birth; breathing techniques, positive affirmations and light Birth partner massage.

I encourage both the Birther and Birth Partners to attend as it’s important your birth partner is involved in this process where possible.
